Processing Time
- ●All orders are processed within 24 hours of order confirmation.
- ●Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- ●You will receive a confirmation call or message once your order is prepared for dispatch.
Delivery Timeframes
- ●Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
- ●Outside Dhaka (Nationwide): 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- ●Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
- ●Free delivery on orders of ৳1,000 or above.
Shipping Partners
- ●We partner with trusted courier services including Pathao, Steadfast, and RedX for reliable deliveries.
- ●For inside Dhaka deliveries, we may use our own delivery personnel for faster service.
- ●A tracking number will be shared with you once your order is shipped.
Delivery Coverage
- ●We deliver across all 64 districts of Bangladesh.
- ●Remote or hard-to-reach areas may require additional delivery time (1–2 extra days).
- ●For bulk or wholesale orders, special shipping arrangements can be made — please contact us directly.
Possible Delays
- ●During national holidays, political events (hartals/blockades), or natural disasters, deliveries may be delayed.
- ●Peak seasons (Ramadan, Eid, Pahela Baishakh) may result in slightly longer processing times.
- ●We will proactively inform you of any significant delays via phone or WhatsApp.
Packaging Standards
- ●Every jar is sealed airtight and wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent breakage during transit.
- ●Orders are packed in sturdy corrugated boxes with additional padding for maximum protection.
- ●Our packaging is designed to keep the pickles fresh and the jars intact, even during long-distance deliveries.
